The second story living area of the Glenview design takes in the beautiful views of the Oregon Coast. The photographs were provided by the owner Roxie C., "people LOVE this floor plan (including me!)."

The combination of openness, economy and contemporary features in this small Craftsman/ranch house plan will appeal to both empty nesters and young families. This design was constructed by Rick Dupuy of Oak Hill Construction and won "Best Overall Home" in the 2006 Maryville-Alcoa Parade of Homes. The homeowner supplied us with these wonderful photographs of the construction and the finished home. As you will see in the photos, the views from this house are breathtaking.
Modifications to this Georgian style design include: making the master bath larger and changed the layout, added 2 feet to the width through the formal dining room and kitchen, changed the kitchen layout, added a wetbar, coffered the ceiling in the great room, and changed the screened porch to a full season sunroom.
This is a great example of starting with a pre-designed home plan and modifying the plan to create the home of your dreams.

We are excited and honored to have our Pacifica 30-686 (aka The Summit) design featured on this year's Portland Oregon Street of Dreams. Built by Westlake Development on Mt. Scott in Portland Oregon, this house plan captured the amazing views that the hillside building lot had to offer.
Westlake's Gerald Rowlett said the feedback from visitors of this years' tour was very positive. Comments heard from visitors were "I could see myself living in this house", "A home I could kick my feet up in", and "comfortable, livable home". People really appreciated the way the home captured the view also saying how much they loved tub in the owners' suite, "I'd never leave that bathtub", said one person.
The front entrance was serene and inviting, featuring 3 waterfalls that flowed beneath the walkway to a pond nestled between the garage and porch area. Pro Landscaping of Oregon won the Realtors choice "Best Landscaping" for this years tour!
