This Craftsman garage plan can park up to two cars. Both doors are the same size at 9' wide and 8' tall. Along the side is a shop with access from double doors from the garage or a garage door that is 6' wide and 7' tall. In the back is a set of stairs that lead up to an attic.
The two units of this country-style duplex are similar, but not mirror images. In each, the kitchen is open to the expansive living and dining areas, where natural light washes in through front, side and rear windows. Unit A has a covered patio at the rear, while Unit B’s covered patio is on the side. Each has a small bathroom downstairs, and two larger ones upstairs.
In this country cottage, the living room is completely open to a dining room that is windowed on two sides, and open to the kitchen on its fourth side. Laundry facilities are mere steps away, in a good-sized utility room with built-in cabinets. The owners' suite and a den/home office fill out the left side of the ground floor; bedrooms are upstairs.

Its lofty arches, tile roof and stuccoed exterior are redolent of Southern California, Florida, or the Mediterranean. Light washes into every room through dozens of multipaned windows. Family room and kitchen flow together on the right; a large study and posh owners’ suite fill the left wing. Three more bedrooms and a loft are upstairs.
This contemporary townhouse feels spacious inside, especially in the free-flowing dining room, living room and kitchen. A fireplace is nestled into the corner of the living room and can be enjoyed through-out the first floor. The owners' suite is on the ground floor, while two more bedrooms, a loft and bonus room are upstairs.
Built in the tradition of a grand lodge, this Craftsman home is equally well suited for construction in an upscale neighborhood or a retreat setting. Windows fill most of the rear walls, and one in the great room is a door that opens on a vaulted and skylit covered patio. Two bedroom suites are downstairs, and another is on the second level, along with another array of large rooms.
A comfortable array of contemporary amenities fill this cottage plan, wrapped in a pleasant Craftsman exterior. A richly windowed, vaulted great room flows into an equally bright, dining room, then on into a kitchen with work island and step-in pantry. The utility room is linked to a two-car garage that doubles as mud room.
When built in the right location, stunning vistas can be fully enjoyed from the hexagonal great room at the heart of this home. A masonry fireplace serves as a focal point in the living area on the left side, while the dining area segues into the kitchen on the right. The owners’ suite has a deep walk-in closet, and a sitting area with a view to the rear.
This country house plan family room’s vaulted ceiling sweeps up to its apex from the entry, then slopes down to the rear over the kitchen and dining area. These gathering spaces are awash in natural light, partly due to window bays that expand the family room and kitchen. A third window bay wraps around the spa tub in the posh owners’ suite.
