Sorry, we are unable to provide the location of where our designs have been constructed. All of our customer's information (including yours) is confidential.
We do however, feature some construction pictures on our Home Plan Blog. To see a sample of our designs constructed check out the Constructed Home Plans category on our blog.
Can you recommend builders in my area?
We don't keep a list of builder contractors. You can get referrals from your local Homebuilders Association or Chamber of Commerce. Also ask friends and family for referrals.
I am thinking about redoing some of the rooms in my house. I have old carpet and paint colors and was hoping for some guidance in bring a fresh look into my home. I want to create a warm and welcoming space, can you help suggest colors, floor coverings and decorating ideas?
Thank you for your interest in our design services. However, our area of expertise is in overall building design. We would recommend that you visit the American Society of Interior Designers website, www.asid.org. I asked a question a few days ago, but never got a reply. What happened?
We strive to answer any of your questions within one business day. If you have not heard back from us it could be for a number of reasons. First you should check your email security settings, our response to you may have been blocked. Secondly, you will want to verify that that you have provided us your correct contact information. If you provided us with alternate contact information we will try and provide you a response to that account.
You can also give us a call toll free at 800-634-0123. We are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time). You can also resubmit your question and provide us with a phone number and we will call you with the answers if the email is returned back to us.
What is your return policy?
Plans are printed in response to your order, so we cannot accept returns. You may exchange your entire printed order for an 80% credit toward a new order. No return or exchange of Masters or Material Lists.
