Fieldstone gables make the Livingston a gem

An unusual fieldstone vestibule with an arched opening welcomes visitors to the Livingston. The chimney is also made of stone. Dormer windows, cut wood corbels and half-timbered gables add to the street appeal. This 4-bedroom plan packs a multiplicity of living areas into its 2,400 square feet. What's more, it has a deep, unfinished bonus room over the three-car garage that can be developed later.

Stepping inside, the first impression is one of spaciousness. The entry is open to the second floor ceiling. Climb the stairs to the landing and you overlook the entry area below. Columns to the right of the entry grace the passageway to the dining room. The living room is on the left, and an open stairway sweeps up the center.

Relaxed family living spaces span the entire rear. No walls separate these naturally illuminated areas, reinforcing the sense of wide open spaciousness. Sliding glass doors in the nook provide increased air circulation in summer, along with easy access to patio dining.

Kitchen features include a commodious walk-in pantry, a broom closet, a wall oven with microwave and a huge work island with built-in cooktop. Utilities are close by, tucked in a pass-through space to the garage. The powder room is conveniently close to everything while a step-in closet across the hallway nestles under the stairs.
