The varied rooflines and window treatments of this two-story country home plan create true visual appeal. The lower level features an open floor plan with little separation between areas. A good-sized pantry is across from hidden utilities near kitchen and garage.

Comfortable home exudes country charm
Its wood-clad exterior and inviting front porch give an old-fashioned farmhouse appeal to the Newburg, a three-bedroom home with a variety of bright, spacious living environments on the ground floor.
Kitchen and nook, both naturally illuminated by wide windows, are at the heart of this plan. The sunny nook is a delightful space for lingering over hot cups of coffee or tea, or chatting with whoever is working in the kitchen.
Cupboards and counters wrap around the U-shaped kitchen. The interior corner is open at counter level to provide easy access for platters and serving dishes of food. On the living room and dining room side, the counter serves as a built-in buffet, ideal for entertaining.
A large walk-in pantry, nestled in the hallway leading to the garage, provides additional storage. Utilities are right across the hall.
Vaulted ceilings add volume to the large living room. Bay windows expand the room at the front, while more light spills in through a high bank of windows on the side. Two more windows above built-in bookcases flank the fireplace.
Just inside the front door, there's a small powder room. An entry closet provides storage for coats and additional storage space is tucked into the alcove next to the stairs. This could house a bench to sit on while removing wet or muddy foot gear, with boot and shoe storage beneath.
All three bedrooms are on the second level. The Newburg's master suite has two closets and a bathroom with double vanity. Two secondary bedrooms share another bathroom, this one with a tub.
