This two-story country-style cottage is well-suited to the needs of a growing family. The Briarwood has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den/home office, bonus room, and comfortably large gathering spaces. The bonus room could easily be outfitted as a fifth bedroom, if desired.

King posts with accent struts highlight the inviting entry porch. Passing through the vaulted entry porch, you step into an even more expansive two-story entry. Light washes into this impressive space through sidelights and a transom, while more spills in through three Craftsman-style windows on the second level.

Double doors on the left open into a den/office. Then, straight ahead and past the stairs, the entry flows into a two-story great room that is every bit as bright as the entry. A gas fireplace serves as a warm and colorful focal point. It's recessed in a rectangular window bay that is richly glassed on three sides.

The great room is open to the nook and kitchen. Nothing but a lower ceiling marks the boundary. In the nook, sliding glass doors lead out onto a partially covered patio, and a raised eating bar rims the peninsular counter between the nook and kitchen.
