Westwood a small home with a big heart

The Westwood is a modestly sized Craftsman bungalow with a big heart. It's equally well-suited to the needs of families at both ends of the spectrum: couples or small families buying their first home, and empty nesters wishing to downsize their living space and maintenance obligations.

Craftsman detailing includes the tapered columns set on stone veneer bases, shake-textured siding cladding the gable ends, multipaned windows, and decorative gable ends.

Vaulted ceilings increase the sense of spaciousness in the foyer and great room. Natural light washes into the foyer through a sidelight, a transom, and panes of glass near the top of the door. A triangular coat closet nestles into an alcove at the juncture of the foyer and living room.
