	Stone veneer wainscoting and twin sets of slender wooden porch posts give the Awbery a distinctly Craftsman-style flavor. 	This mid-size, two-story plan has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Formal and informal gathering spaces fill the main floor, along with a powder room, generously sized utility room, and spacious owners' suite. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, where a large unfinished bonus room invites multiple uses.
	Upon entering, you pass by a wide opening on the right that leads into the living room. Straight ahead is the vaulted great room. The ceiling there lofts up to the second story level, and multipaned windows fill most of the rear wall. It's a bright and spacious room.

	The Awbery's owners' suite is spacious with a built-in dresser across from a large walk-in closet. The owners' bath boasts a deep soaking tub, along with a shower and dual vanity.
