	Painted wooden posts and porch rails below, and gabled dormers above, give a welcoming look to the Chatham. The covered porch is just right for lazing away a warm summer afternoon on a chaise lounge or porch swing.
	This contemporary country home fits on a fairly narrow lot and is well-suited to the needs of both young, growing families, and empty nesters. The den, just inside the foyer, could be used as a home office, or outfitted as a fourth bedroom, if needed.
	An abundance of natural light washes into the foyer through one of the overhead dormers, plus two sidelights and a row of small windows near the top of the door.
