	Painted wooden shutters frame the multipaned windows that sparkle across the Heartville's front faŤade. The shutters, windows, and cozy front porch give this ranch-style update a look that is at once nostalgic and inviting. Its four bedrooms and luminous gathering space are ideal for a growing family, but this home could also be easily adapted for wheelchair accessibility.
	Inside, daylight from overhead dormers spills down to naturally illuminate the vaulted foyer, which flows into an expansive great room. This large gathering space also comprises the dining area and kitchen at the home's heart. Just inside the entry door, a transverse hallway runs right and left, linking with the bedroom wings.
	The left end of the hallway leads to the owners' suite, garage, and basement stairs. It also passes a large utility room and pantry on its way to the roomy kitchen on the left side of the great room.
