A welcoming front porch wraps across the front and around the side of this charming country house plan. Inside, the vaulted entry opens into a spacious, bayed living room. At the rear, an abundance of natural light washes into the vaulted family room, nook and kitchen through skylights and wide windows.

An extensive array of shared spaces fills the core and left side of this cottage house plan; bedrooms line up along the right. The generously sized living room is fully open to the vaulted nook, and visually open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a wealth of counters and cabinets, including a central cook-top work island and a roomy corner pantry.

This traditional garage plan has a large shop in the back. Both garage doors are 9' wide and 8' deep. This garage also has the abilitity to be attached to a house with a covered walk way.

Admiring glances are a given with this two-story Craftsman update. Large and naturally bright, the family room is at the heart of this home where it’s open to the sunny nook and gourmet kitchen. Decorative drop beams draw eyes to the stone-lined woodstove alcove at the rear, and the transom-crowned double atrium doors that flank it.

Units in this unusual duplex have a whopping four bedrooms apiece. In each mirror-image unit, the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together, creating a large gathering space with sliding glass doors that open onto a patio.
