This Craftsman garage plan can house two cars, plus one extra in the attached carport. Both garage doors are 10' wide and 8' tall. Up stairs there is a recreation room with a full bathroom and storage room.

This Craftsman style garge with living space above blends nicely with the wooded landscape. This garage parks two cars and has a shop and mechanical room in the back. The second floor features a loft with space for a kichenette, an office, and full bathroom.

In this Craftsman cottage, the living room is completely open to a dining room that is windowed on two sides, and open to the kitchen on its fourth side. Laundry facilities are mere steps away, in a good-sized utility room with built-in cabinets. The owners' suite and a den/home office fill out the left side of the ground floor; bedrooms are upstairs.

Part of an existing covered patio was infilled and used to expand the kitchen area by approximately 100 square feet.

Free-following great room, dining room and kitchen make up the left hand side of this shingle-style home. A fireplace is centered on the great room wall, framed by a window on each side. The owners' suite and secondary bedrooms fill out the right side of the home. A generous utility room features lots of built in cabinets and a folding counter.

Free-following dining room, living room and kitchen are at the heart of the Oakdale's prairie-style home. A fireplace is nestled in the corner of the living room, and a door between the living and dining room leads out to a covered patio. The den in the front of the house could double as a bedroom, home office or whatever suites.

Construction has begun of the Eddinger 30-328 design on a picturesque river front lot . A few months ago, the clients used our modification services to create a design unique for their specifc needs.

Our clients are estatic to be building and sharing their dream home along beautifully wooded river front property.
Our clients chose the Sandpoint 10-565, a lodge-style hexagonal design as their starting point in creating that dream. Along with a few interior personal touches, exterior changes were made to increase their outdoor "living space" and accomodate their down-hill sloped lot.
To blend their love of nature to their home, they used the trees harvested from their lot to mill into lumber for the construction of their beloved home.

This Victorian home plan can be built as a vacation retreat or used as a fulltime residence. Gingerbread trim and intriguing window treatments accent the plans nostalgic look. The living room features a fireplace and large, bright picture windows. The richly-windowed, vaulted hexagonal great room forms the core of this Mediterranean home plan. A wide screened porch and long patio wrap around the entire rear of the home. Columned and tiled entry courtyard leads into bright, vaulted entry.

This contemporary townhouse is designed for comfort, aesthetics and convenience, from the study/home office up front all the way back to the owner's suite and garage. Flames in the gas fireplace can be enjoyed from the living room or dining area, both of which are open to the kitchen. Secondary bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom are upstairs.

This design was one of four featured in this years Lane County Home Builders Association Tour of Homes, and constructed by the Homebuilders Construction Company.
Slender sets of twin posts bound the front porch of this compact contemporary cottage. The foyer leads out into the dining area, which is totally open to the living room behind and the kitchen up front. Counters wrap around four sides of the G-shaped kitchen. Wide sliders at the rear of the gathering space open onto a covered patio.

This traditional garage plan can house up to three cars. Two cars can be parked inside and one in the carport on the left. The two garage doors are 9' wide and 8' tall. The stairs lead up to the attic. A large storage space is behind the main garage with a smaller garage door that is 6'wide and 7' tall.
