This traditional garage plan can house up to three cars. Two cars can be parked inside and one in the carport on the left. The two garage doors are 9' wide and 8' tall. The stairs lead up to the attic. A large storage space is behind the main garage with a smaller garage door that is 6'wide and 7' tall.
Constructed by Gansen Construction, the Shasta is one of four homes designed by Associated Designs to be featured on the Home Builders of Lane County 2012 Tour of Homes.

This Craftsman garage plan features three garage doors. All three garage doors are 10′ wide and 9′ tall. This garage can house up to six cars. Off the rear of the garage there is a smaller garage door that is 6′ wide and 7′ tall. On the left side of the garage is a recreation and hobby room, plus a storage closet.
While amazingly compact in size for a four-bedroom ranch-style home, it doesn't feel the least bit cramped inside, due to the vaulted gathering spaces that fill one side. Sliding glass doors at the rear open onto a covered patio that could be screened. Counters wrap around three sides of a kitchen, which is open to the vaulted space across a flush eating bar.
