Craftsman Style Holmberg Duplex Plan Offers Privacy

Designed for a corner lot, the Holmberg duplex plan is graced with a charming Craftsman-style exterior. Each unit is a single level but more importantly designed for maximum privacy. The units are almost identical.

From either entry, the Holmberg almost appears to be a single-family residence. A cozy covered porch frames each of the entries. The entry in Unit A is slightly recessed from the main living area where in Unit B the entry is seamless to the great room. Both units offer great room style living with vaulted ceilings that add to the sense of spaciousness. C-shaped kitchens can be found in both sides and each are equally well appointed and offer a raised eating bar for additional seating or serving space. A wall pantry is just steps away off the hallway that leads to the bedrooms.

Both units offer two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
